Daby has over seven years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry. His bachelor’s degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering, MBA in Engineering Management and passion for challenge in finding parts make him a natural fit at ADAMS—and Daby’s dedication to his colleagues makes him an invaluable member of the team.

Molly has always loved to acquire and apply new knowledge. That drive guided her to a Master’s Degree in Business Management and throughout her journey from ADAMS customer service representative to her current role as National Sales and Process Manager. She works hard to help ADAMS remain the industry’s premier source for parts, always meeting her customers’ needs with passion and integrity. Molly is proud of her background as a first-generation Latina, native Chicagoan and current Floridian—as well as her accomplishments in every role.

Susie began her career at ADAMS in 1995. Over two decades later, she’s still solving tough problems and connecting with ADAMS customers. Susie’s career has always been defined by her passion for building expertise, keeping up with changes in processes, practices and technology and teaching her coworkers to do the same. The industry is always evolving—and as Lead Sales Representative, she looks forward to helping ADAMS evolve along with it.

Michael is a lifelong Chicagoan and has been with ADAMS for over fifteen years. In that time, he has led numerous initiatives for the company, including introducing new job software and documentation to supporting high-end custom parts. As a graduate with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Michael loves applying his Mechanical Engineering degree to machine design, product development and daily operations.
